cilantro, and fresh lime, served in lettuce leaves or over cauliflower rice.

Tender chicken cooked in a sauce of orange juice, orange zest, coconut aminos,

Ground chicken with sweet Spanish piquillo peppers, basil, and oregano shapes into patties, served with a caramelized fennel mayonnaise.

Peruvian-Style Chicken

Lemon-Ginger Salmon and Asparagus 
Salmon filet and asparagus cooked with a lemon-ginger sauce made from lemon juice, olive oil, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, with green onions and fresh lemon slices.

Red Curry Shrimp Skillet
Shrimp cooked with ginger, onion, garlic, Thai red curry paste, coconut milk,

coconut aminos, and lime served over cauliflower rice.

Thai Coconut Chicken Soup 
Otherwise known as “tom kha kai” this Thai soup is filled with chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, in a coconut milk and lime with fish sauce and Thai red chiles.

Ground turkey or beef (your choice) cooked and slow cooked with onions, garlic, celery, carrots, chicken stock, yellow squash, and tomatoes, along with Italian seasoning, parsley, and basil.

Ground pork made into sausage, simmered in chicken broth,

with tomatoes, red potatoes, and kale. 

Italian Meatball Soup
Pork meatballs simmered in a soup filed with onions, fire-roasted tomatoes,

oregano, basil, chicken broth and swiss chard.

Shredded chicken simmered with chicken broth, carrots, onions, poblano peppers, garlic, Roma tomatoes, homemade taco seasoning,  lime juice and cilantro, topped with diced avocado.

Carrots, leaks, sweet potatoes simmered with curry powder, ginger, garlic,

bone broth, and coconut milk.

green chiles, red potatoes, red peppers with fresh cilantro.

Chicken Zoodle Pho
Chicken simmered with chicken broth, ginger, fish sauce, red pepper flakes, zucchini noodles, shredded carrots, sliced green onions, cilantro, bean sprouts, and fresh mint. 

Green Chile Chicken Soup
Chicken slow cooked with chicken stock, onions, green chiles, plantains, parsnips, jalapeno, garlic, cumin, and coriander. Top with crushed plantain chips, cilantro, and avocado.
