Pan seared chicken cutlets, with a lemon sauce and capers.

Chicken cutlets cooked in a marsala wine

Mandarin Beef Medallions (GF/Paleo)
Beef tenderloin steaks marinated in coconut aminos,

ginger, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

Mustard Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin (GF/Paleo)
Pork tenderloin rubbed with Dijon mustard,

herbs and roasted in the oven.

Sautéed pork medallions, mushrooms, garlic, and shallots,

with a marsala wine sauce, with garlic mashed potatoes.


Fish & Seafood


Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon with Broccoli and Asparagus (GF/Paleo)
Salmon marinated in coconut aminos, fish sauce, ginger,

and garlic, then roasted with broccoli and asparagus. 

Pan Fried Fresh Salmon Cakes (GF/Paleo)
Fresh salmon, almond flour, mayonnaise, onion, and

parsley, pan fried, served with a lemon Aioli.

Pasta

 Spinach Lasagna (GF/Paleo)
Almond flour noodles, topped with marinara sauce, spinach,

and Paleo ricotta cheese.
*may substitute for a meat marinara sauce

Vegetarian
 
Quinoa and Feta Stuffed Red Peppers (GF)
Red peppers stuffed with quinoa, feta cheese, onions,

zucchini, and chickpeas.

 Black Bean Salad (GF)
Black beans, cucumber, tomatoes, and scallions,

tossed in lime vinaigrette.

Entrée Salads

*all entrée salads will be packaged without dressing to keep

greens fresh/meat may be packaged separately as well;

salads are recommended to be eaten within the first day or two

when they are the freshest.

Chicken Cobb Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing (GF/Paleo)
Chicken, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, cucumber, red onions, and hard-boiled eggs, tossed with romaine lettuce and a honey Dijon dressing. 

BLT Salad (GF/Paleo)
Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, hard boiled eggs,

and avocado, tossed with a creamy horseradish dressing.
